Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
- Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (Registered Medical Technologist – RMT).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts all laboratory examinations, from handling, processing, logging, signing, and record-keeping in accord with established procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results before releasing reports.
- Perform quality control (QC) procedures and comply with quality assurance (QA) standards.
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records and documentation.
