KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Control & Inspection

• Conduct inspections and quality assessments of raw materials, packaging components, in-process products, and finished skincare products.
• Approve or reject materials and products based on established specifications, quality standards, and testing results.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, GMP requirements, and company quality procedures.

Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Perform in-process quality checks throughout manufacturing to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
• Investigate quality deviations, document findings, and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and manufacturing processes.

Laboratory & Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, deviations, and quality reports.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Support laboratory operations by maintaining an organized, compliant, and audit-ready environment.

Collaboration & Product Release

• Partner closely with Production, Research & Development, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless quality operations.
• Evaluate finished goods and support product release activities in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. (Licensed Chemical Technician/Chemist is an advantage)
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or laboratory operations within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality management systems, product testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per hour
