Full job description

Compliance & Admin Support — Independent Contractor (Remote, Philippines) → Path to Full-Time

Engagement Type: Independent contractor to start (4–10 week pilot engagement), with a clear path to full-time employment based on results

Location: Remote (Philippines-based contractors only)

Compensation:

  • Phase 1 (Contractor): ₱10,000/month service fee
  • Phase 2 (Full-Time Employment, if offered): ₱40,000/month salary package + benefits (see below), plus a ₱10,000 one-time transition bonus

Connexx Strategies is engaging an independent contractor on behalf of a fast-growing Australian labor hire company supporting blue-collar industries — construction, warehousing, transport, and storage. This is a pilot engagement to determine whether this scope of compliance/admin support is a good ongoing fit for the client's business.

This is a remote, deliverables-based engagement — not a fixed-hours position. You'll manage your own schedule and determine how best to complete the scope of work below, with an expected time commitment of roughly 10 hours per week. There's no requirement to align with Australian time zones; deliverables and turnaround matter more than when the work happens.

If the client sees strong results from your work during the pilot, you'll be offered full-time employment — at which point the engagement shifts from an independent contractor arrangement to formal employment, with the salary and benefits outlined below.

If you're currently under contract or notice elsewhere, that's not a problem — this contractor engagement can run alongside existing commitments until you're able to increase capacity or transition to full-time.

Scope of Work (Contractor Phase):

The engagement centers on three deliverable areas within the client's Vincere system:

1. Placed Worker Compliance Review

  • Confirm required documents (visas, passports, licenses/tickets) are verified and on file for the client's active workforce
  • Identify and report gaps between verified and required documents per job requirement
  • Flag job listings that are mistagged, since correct tagging drives which documents are required
  • Report on upcoming visa/license expirations and flag renewals needed
  • Apply the standard 3-month re-verification cycle for visa holders

2. New Candidate Documentation Review

  • Review incoming candidate profiles for completeness and accuracy
  • Complete visa entitlement (VEVO) verification checks
  • Confirm authenticity of uploaded documents and file them appropriately
  • Reach out to candidates directly where documentation is missing or incomplete

3. Company Profile Research

  • Research and compile publicly available company information to enrich client records
  • Deliver ongoing incremental improvements to company profile completeness

4. Other ad hoc administrative deliverables as scoped

Tools Provided Access To:

  • Vincere CRM
  • IMMI (for VEVO checks)
  • Shared inbox for document-expiry notifications
  • In-system SMS tool for candidate outreach

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail — the most important trait for this engagement
  • Clear written English and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time against deliverables
  • Comfortable learning new systems (Vincere, or similar CRMs like Bullhorn/JobAdder)
  • Proactive — comfortable flagging questions or ambiguities early
  • Nice-to-have: experience in recruitment, labor hire, or compliance-related admin work

What to Expect:

  • This is a genuine pilot — the client is testing whether this arrangement adds value before committing to anything longer-term
  • No output is expected to be polished in the first 2–3 weeks; this period is for getting familiar with the client's systems and terminology
  • Guided onboarding and ongoing support provided throughout

Path to Full-Time Employment:

If the client sees reasonable value in your work during the pilot, you'll be offered a full-time employee role, including:

  • ₱40,000/month salary package
  • ₱10,000 one-time transition bonus
  • HMO — coverage for you and 1 dependent, upon regularization
  • 24 leave credits per year, with up to 10 convertible to cash at year-end
  • 13th month pay
  • Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Company-provided equipment as a full-time employee

Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Promotion to permanent employee
  • Work from home

Application Question(s):

  • Are you able to commit roughly 10 hours per week during the contractor phase, on your own schedule?
  • Do you understand this starts as an independent contractor engagement (4–10 week pilot, ₱10,000/month service fee), with full-time employment only offered if the client sees strong results — no guaranteed outcome?
  • Do you have a reliable internet connection for the contractor phase?
  • Are you currently engaged with other clients/contracts, or employed elsewhere? If so, what's your availability/notice situation?
  • Do you have experience with any CRM or recruitment/HR platform (e.g., Vincere, Bullhorn, JobAdder)?
  • Are you comfortable managing detail-heavy documentation work independently, without close day-to-day supervision?

Experience:

  • admin, compliance, or back-office support work: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: Remote
