Full job description
- Set up station, it includes cutting in vegetable, fabrication of meats and seafoods, marination or even advance cooking and portioning of ingredients
- Cook food according to the standard recipe
- Keeping the work area clean all the time
- Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling and storing of ingredients
- Help the head of the kitchen on the items need to be ordered
- Receive deliveries from supplier
- Assist colleagues if needed
- Help in monitoring of inventory including monthly inventory count
- Do other job that may assign by superior
Job Specifications:
- At least college level is a plus
- With experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills
- With exposure at Asian/Korean Cuisine
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to be assigned at SM North EDSA
- Can start ASAP
