  • Set up station, it includes cutting in vegetable, fabrication of meats and seafoods, marination or even advance cooking and portioning of ingredients
  • Cook food according to the standard recipe
  • Keeping the work area clean all the time
  • Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling and storing of ingredients
  • Help the head of the kitchen on the items need to be ordered
  • Receive deliveries from supplier
  • Assist colleagues if needed
  • Help in monitoring of inventory including monthly inventory count
  • Do other job that may assign by superior

Job Specifications:

  • At least college level is a plus
  • With experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant
  • Excellent customer service skills
