JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
  • Handle and store ingredients and food
  • Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Execute opening and closing procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least vocational certificates holder
  • Proven cooking experience in a Korean restaurant
  • Teamwork skills
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Has knowledge of food safety guidelines
