1. Strategic Localization & Go-To-Market (GTM) Ownership

• Architect the local GTM strategy by evaluating Korean brand directions, whitepapers, and product assets, and re-engineering them to resonate deeply with the local consumer demographic.
• Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for product launches, mega-campaigns (e.g., Double-Double days), and baseline (BAU) operations across TikTok Shop and other primary e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer trend analysis to identify untapped market segments and position Korean products for maximum market share penetration.

2. Commercial & P&L Management

• Own the revenue, margin, and growth targets for the assigned Korean brand portfolio, proactively managing the budget and marketing spend (ROI/ROAS) to ensure highly profitable operations.
• Define, monitor, and optimize high-level commercial KPIs (GMV, conversion rates, average order value, and traffic acquisition costs).
• Develop and execute data-driven corrective action plans and risk-mitigation strategies when performance gaps are identified.

3. Cross-Border Stakeholder & Client Leadership

• Serve as the primary strategic consultant and local counterpart for brand principles and executives in Korea, leading high-stakes weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Masterfully manage expectations, align cross-border timelines, and advocate for local market needs (such as pricing flexibility, exclusive bundles, or localized creative assets) with HQ.

4. Cross-Functional Live & Content Orchestration

• Provide strategic direction to the Livestreaming, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure the brand’s premium identity and core messaging are maintained flawlessly across all live shows, short videos, and affiliate networks.
• Oversee the establishment of rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks for hosts, scripts, and visual merchandising, ensuring alignment with both Korean brand guidelines and local platform algorithms.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor, coach, and elevate a team of Account Managers, Associates, and Live Operations specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on agility and data fluency.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset localization, cross-border communication, and campaign reporting to scale the portfolio efficiently.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per hour
