JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Execute opening and closing procedures
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least vocational certificates holder
- Proven cooking experience in a Korean restaurant
- Teamwork skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- Has knowledge of food safety guidelines
- has culinary skills
