Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
  • Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
  • Process and monitor online orders from placement to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with the Inventory and Purchasing teams.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales concerns through various online platforms.
  • Assist in handling product returns, exchanges, and customer complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
  • Support the execution of online promotions, flash sales, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding promotional materials, product launches, and campaign schedules.
  • Ensure product information and online content are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: Php19,800.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
