Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Installed Based Analyst - Korean Bilingual

Core Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing customers and products

  • Track how many customers are actively using a product or service
  • Segment customers (by region, usage, contract type, etc.)
  • Monitor product lifecycle (new, active, end-of-life)

2. Data management and reporting

  • Maintain databases of installed products or subscriptions
  • Clean and validate customer/product data
  • Create reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

3. Revenue and business insights

  • Identify opportunities for:
  • Upselling (selling upgrades or add-ons)
  • Cross-selling (selling related products)
  • Forecast renewal rates and recurring revenue
  • Support sales and account management teams with data insights

4. Customer lifecycle tracking

  • Monitor renewals, expirations, and churn (customers leaving)
  • Analyze customer usage patterns to predict behavior

5. Support strategic decisions

  • Help marketing teams target the right customers
  • Assist product teams by identifying trends or gaps
  • Provide insights for business planning and growth strategies

Example Tasks (Day-to-Day)

  • Build a report showing how many customers will renew next quarter
  • Analyze which products are most widely used in a region
  • Clean CRM data to ensure accurate customer records
  • Create dashboards for leadership showing installed base trends
  • Work with sales teams to identify accounts needing follow-up

Skills Required

  • Data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
  • Attention to detail (data quality is critical)
  • Business understanding (sales processes, revenue models)
  • Communication (explaining data insights clearly)
  • CRM tools familiarity (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Language Proficiency (English and Korean near native level is required)

Work Details:

Scheduled: Shifting but predominantly will follow Korean business working hours

Set Up: work at home

Employment Type: 1-year contract

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
