SERVICE CREW

Job Summary:

The Crew Member assists in preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This role is essential in supporting kitchen operations by washing, portioning, and organizing food items before they are prepared or served.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation

• Prepare sauces, condiments, or garnishes as instructed.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, clean, and properly stored.
• Label and date all prepped items following FIFO (First In, First Out).

Cleaning and Sanitation

• Keep food prep areas, cutting boards, and tools clean and sanitized.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols for handling food items.
• Dispose of food waste and trash regularly and correctly.

Inventory Assistance

• Assist in unpacking and organizing food deliveries.
• Check freshness and report spoiled or expired ingredients.
• Help in daily or weekly inventory counts of perishable items.

Other Tasks (As Needed):

• Assist with basic kitchen maintenance (e.g., cleaning floors, sinks, chillers).
• Organize stockroom or dry goods area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or cook.
• Support food assembly.

COOK

Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of dishes based on approved meal plan.

Specific Duties:

· Prepares ingredients, materials and other requirements for food preparation.

· Assists in packaging food stocks for storage in freezers.

· Assists in the segregation of stocks that are issued to the kitchen

· Maintains cleanliness and order in his work area.

· Looks after the cold storage of items for freezing and chilling.

· Prepare and cook sautéed dishes according to standard recipes.

· Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to standard recipes.

· Ensures that all utensils, wares, kitchen, equipments are properly maintained and accounted for.

· Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
