Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed commercial kitchen design and drawings using Revit.
  • Develop accurate architectural plans that comply with U.S. building codes, health regulations, and local ordinances.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements within project designs.
  • Interpret project specifications and translate them into complete construction documents.
  • Present design plans to clients and explain layouts, technical details, and proposed solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients throughout the design process.
  • Revise drawings based on client feedback, code requirements, and project updates.
  • Ensure all plans are accurate, detailed, and in compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial kitchen design and drafting.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required).
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and their integration into commercial building designs.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. commercial building codes, ADA requirements, health department regulations, and local ordinances.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident in presenting plans to clients and explaining technical concepts in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
