Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cabinetry & Kitchen Draftsperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client visions and design concepts into precise technical drawings, installation plans, and customer presentations. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and installers to ensure all joinery and cabinetry elements are accurately detailed and executable.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Customer Presentation & Concept Layouts: Create clear, visual presentation drawings and detailed kitchen layouts to help clients visualize concepts and approve project scopes.
  • Detailed Cabinetry Technical Drawings: Produce fully annotated shop drawings and technical specifications for custom joinery, cabinetry components, and internal hardware setups.
  • Working & Installation Plans: Develop precise construction and installation drawings for site teams and trade installers, ensuring accurate dimensions, clearances, and structural alignment.
  • Facelift & Renovation Scope Detailing: Generate specialized working drawings for existing space modifications, updates, and additional cabinetry integrated into facelift or renovation projects.
  • Revisions & Design Amendments: Execute design updates, client modifications, and technical amendments promptly to keep production and site installation on schedule.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in CAD drafting or detail design specifically focused on kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry/joinery systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, 2020 Design, SketchUp, or equivalent).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods, hardware standards, material dimensions, and residential construction clearances.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent spatial reasoning skills with high accuracy in measurement interpretation and technical documentation.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, and site installers to resolve technical queries.

  • Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
