Job Summary

A leading kitchen company (Khalaifat Co. W.L.L) in Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a motivated and results-driven Kitchen Sales Executive / Interior Designer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing kitchen design proposals, and coordinating projects from initial inquiry to final installation while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen sales, kitchen design, interior design sales, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of kitchen design principles, space planning, and cabinetry solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other relevant design software.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets for kitchen products and solutions.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
• Present suitable kitchen solutions and provide professional product recommendations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
• Design functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen layouts based on client requirements and available space.
• Prepare detailed kitchen drawings, technical layouts, cabinetry plans, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, countertops, accessories, and hardware to suit the client's needs and budget.
• Ensure kitchen designs comply with project specifications, site conditions, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address design or technical issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, kitchen innovations, materials, and industry developments.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and project updates for management.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to kitchen sales and design activities.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Visa: Employment visa will be provided by the company for the successful candidate.

Pay: Php81,933.71 - Php139,287.31 per month
