About the Role

Kenny Rogers Roasters is looking for an experienced and driven Manager to lead our restaurant operations at our Quezon City branches. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, labor, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Prepare operational reports and support business initiatives to improve restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
