RankStudio is a US-based digital services agency specializing in digital marketing, AI consulting, and business operations. We are small, remote, and growing fast.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive new business. This is a prospecting role: you will build pipeline, run outbound, qualify prospects, and set up qualified opportunities for the CEO to close. This is not an order-taking role and it is not entry-level. If you need leads handed to you before you can work, this is not the right fit.

About the Role

• We're looking for a motivated Junior HTML Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work
• closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to build and maintain clean, accessible,
• and responsive web interfaces. This is a great opportunity to grow your craft in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Write clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 to build and maintain responsive web pages.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect layouts.
• Use version control (Git) to contribute code, open pull requests, and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Troubleshoot and debug layout or rendering issues across desktop and mobile viewports.
• Assist with basic JavaScript/jQuery tasks to add interactivity to UI components.
• Maintain and update existing pages in our CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar).
• Document code and follow established team standards and style guides.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and the DOM.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with Git and a command-line workflow.
• Ability to read and implement designs from wireframes or mockups.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Portfolio or code samples (GitHub profile, personal site, or school projects welcome)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to a CSS preprocessor (Sass/SCSS) or utility framework (Tailwind CSS).
• Basic knowledge of React, Vue, or another front-end framework.
• Familiarity with browser DevTools for debugging and performance inspection.
• Experience with a CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices

Employment Terms

• Hours: 8 AM – 12 PM and/or 1 PM – 5 PM Pacific Time-
• Schedule: Part-time (20 hrs/week, one shift) or full-time (40 hrs/week, both shifts)-
• Equipment: Personal equipment provided and Company-provided virtual machine ; reliable internet connection required
• Vacation: 4% accrual — approximately 4 days per 100 days worked-
• Holidays: US federal holidays included as paid days off

Work Location: Remote

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php49,000.00 per month
