Full job description

Junior Architect will be under the supervision of a Senior Architect who will be tasked to create plans, specifications, bill of materials, project schedule and weekly reports.

  • Create detailed plans for the construction project.
  • Present drawings and plans for approval.
  • Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports
  • Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
  • Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of Architecture (new graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Must be proficient in Autocad, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be willing to travel and inspect various project site (Makati is the main office)
  • A strong communicator is a necessity
  • Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes
  • Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
