We are seeking a Medical Records Clerk to support daily administrative activities through accurate records management, document processing, and information organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update patient and administrative records accurately
  • Organize medical documentation, reports, and office files
  • Support daily clerical and records coordination activities
