Are you a School Registrar, Teacher, School Administrator, School Cashier, or Education Professional looking to grow your career in the technology industry?

We are looking for passionate individuals with school-based experience who understand the needs of educators and are eager to help schools maximize the use of technology.

As a Customer Happiness Associate, you will work closely with partner schools, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through email, chat, phone calls, and online meetings.
  • Conduct system orientation, training sessions, and product demonstrations for school personnel.
  • Assist partner schools during software implementation, onboarding, and setup.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot system-related concerns in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Document customer issues, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
  • Monitor client progress and provide ongoing assistance to ensure successful system usage.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related course.
  • Experience as a School Registrar, Teacher, School Administrator, School Cashier, Guidance Staff, or similar school-based role is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable conducting online presentations, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and software systems.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection for remote work and online client support.
