Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent, timely, and courteous customer service to create a positive dining experience.
  • Accurately take customer orders and ensure they are served within the prescribed service standards.
  • Prepare food and beverages in accordance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines.
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards in line with company policies and health regulations.
  • Ensure product quality by monitoring storage conditions, maintaining proper temperatures, and practicing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and ensure proper turnover of daily sales collections.
  • Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and waste minimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and assist during busy operating periods.
  • Perform various operational duties such as cashiering, food preparation, and customer assistance as needed.
  • Recommend menu items, promotional bundles, and add-on products to help drive sales and improve the guest experience.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, food safety protocols, and mall compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance while exhibiting a positive and service-oriented attitude that represents the brand.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate; candidates with college education or units earned are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the food, retail, or customer service industry is preferred, but applicants without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Possesses good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Capable of working effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Open to flexible work arrangements, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
