Key Responsibilities

• Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, provide menus, and seat them in your assigned section.
• Taking Orders: Record food and beverage choices accurately, noting any special dietary needs or food allergies.
• Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items, share daily specials, and offer recommendations.
• Serving Orders: Transmit orders to the kitchen or bar, then pick up and deliver completed dishes promptly.
• Customer Care: Refill drinks, check on table satisfaction, and resolve minor issues.
• Payment Processing: Present itemized checks, collect cash or credit payments, and return change.
• Cleaning & Side Work: Clear and sanitize tables, roll silverware, and restock service stations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Clear verbal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage several tables and move quickly during peak hours.
• Stamina: Physical fitness to stand and walk for long shifts and carry moderate weights.
• Teamwork: Willingness to help kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers.
• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with past customer service or food service experience preferred.

Pay: From Php760.00 per day
