JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service
* Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
* Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Transactions
* Accurately receive and process customer orders and payments.
* Provide correct change and issue official receipts using manual and POS systems.
* Generate and consolidate Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Sales Summaries as required.

Beverage Preparation
* Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to standard recipes.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all beverages served.

Food and Beverage Service
* Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with care.
* Ensure proper handling, portioning, and presentation of products.

Product Handling and Dispatch
* Reheat food items while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
* Upsell products by recommending bestsellers and ongoing promotions.
* Pack orders accurately and neatly to ensure product safety and presentation.

Quality Control
* Inspect all products before packing and dispatch.
* Ensure all items meet company quality standards prior to release to customers or riders.

Preparation and Organization
* Prepare and replenish packaging materials such as boxes, containers, bags, and utensils.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dispatch station throughout the shift.

Inventory Management
* Conduct beginning and end-of-shift inventory counts.
* Accurately record and report stock usage and inventory levels.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
* Assist in overall store operations and support team members as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Benefits:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tagaytay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
