  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with email and cloud-based systems
  • Detail-oriented with good time-management and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to handle various tasks
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage
  • Maintains confidentiality and willing to learn new system

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including emails, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Organize meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Perform minor accounting tasks and expense tracking
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Create and edit graphics and photos using Canva or Photoshop
  • Assist with virtual meetings and online tools
