Job Description

• Mag-encode ng approved cargo transactions sa system accurately at on time.
• I-verify ang completeness at correctness ng shipment details bago i-process sa system.
• Mag-update at mag-maintain ng cargo records at transaction data.
• Makipag-coordinate sa Operations Team at Branch Personnel para maayos ang encoding concerns at discrepancies.
• Mag-generate at mag-file ng necessary reports at documents related to encoded transactions.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate ng any Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years college level.
• May basic knowledge sa data encoding, documentation, at computer operations.
• Proficient sa Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented at may mataas na accuracy sa pag-encode ng data.
• Kayang magtrabaho under pressure at mag-manage ng multiple tasks habang nasusunod ang deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• May experience sa encoding, administrative, logistics, o freight forwarding operations.
• Familiar sa cargo, shipment, o logistics-related systems ay isang advantage.
