Branch: SM San Pablo Department Store | SM Affiliate
Reports to: Store Supervisor

Role Purpose:

Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Consistently offers high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service. Assists customers in the selection of merchandise and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.

· Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area.

· Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling area.

· Engages with customers and endorses directs complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· At least high school graduate.

· With fashion retail experience.

· With strong communication and customer service skills.
