The Employee and Labor Relations Associate is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role combines expertise in legal compliance and workplace dynamics, emphasizing the creation and maintenance of harmonious employer-employee relationships to support the organization's goals and values.

  • Act as a mediator to resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts while promoting fair and consistent treatment across the organization.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, or misconduct, ensuring impartiality and compliance with legal standards.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management on employee and labor relations issues.
  • Prepare and oversee employee-related documentation, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop, update, and communicate employee handbooks, workplace policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct training for managers and employees on workplace behavior, legal compliance, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance on employee rights, responsibilities, and organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and protocols.
  • Participate in safety audits and inspections, offering recommendations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Lead programs to improve employee well-being, such as mental health support, harassment prevention, and career development opportunities.
  • Support investigations and legal processes arising from workplace disputes, harassment claims, or compliance issues.
  • Prepare documentation for labor cases, mediations, or arbitrations as needed.
  • Liaise with legal counsel for complex labor disputes or legal compliance matters.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of investigations, disputes, and resolutions to ensure transparency and compliance.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
