Job Title: Executive Assistant | Work From Home | Virtual Assistant | $8-10/hr
Location: Remote (WFH )

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization with precision and strategic insight.
- Handle email management, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on essential tasks.
- Organize meetings, document action items, and track progress toward key milestones.
- Coordinate personal and professional projects, helping to manage timelines and outcomes.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, protecting the entrepreneur’s time and energy.
- Provide proactive solutions, consistently anticipating needs before they arise.
- Facilitate personal and business travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerary planning.
- Communicate on behalf of the entrepreneur with clients, team members, and external contacts.
