Key Roles

• Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of reservation forms and buyer documents submitted by Sales and Account Officers.
• Process and prepare housing loan application and annotation documents, ensuring compliance with all required submissions.
• Secure and maintain updated technical documents for housing loans, including titles, clearances, permits, and other related requirements.
• Maintain and update monitoring reports for buyer accounts, including equity payments and compliance with required documents, in coordination with the Billing and Collection Department.
• Coordinate with buyers and relevant government agencies or banks for inspections, appraisal, and loan take-out processing up to check release.
• Ensure buyers attend the required pre-validation seminar upon submission of their housing loan application.
• Monitor house construction status to support scheduling and delivery of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in housing loan processing, real estate documentation, or mortgage accounts.
• Familiarity with Pag-IBIG/HDMF housing loan processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
