We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to support a growing cleaning business with day-to-day admin and operational tasks. Experience with ServiceM8, Notion, Google Workspace, or service-based businesses is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is:
    • Organized, reliable, and proactive
    • Clear and professional in communication
    • Comfortable learning new tools like ServiceM8
    • Good at documenting processes
    • Able to work independently after onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare quotes and invoices using ServiceM8
    • Assist with job scheduling and client updates
    • Follow up on payments and pending tasks
    • Organize workflows, notes, and procedures
    • Create simple SOPs for repeatable processes
    • Help improve admin efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
