Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate of Business-related or IT-related courses
  • With at least 2 years of experience in encoding or administrative tasks
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Preferably residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas

Salary & Incentives

  • ₱16,800 monthly salary package
  • Additional accounts incentives (when applicable, based on client acquisition and transactions generated)

Training Allowance:
Trainees will receive ₱840 per day, released weekly during the 1-month training period

  • Perform encoding and basic clerical/administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and customers via phone or messaging apps
  • Handle transactions and client coordination for accounts they acquire
