The Customer Support Staff is responsible for providing administrative, sales, and customer support
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responding to incoming calls, daily communication with sales people and customers
- Process customer quotations and orders in company's system
- Process customer quotations and orders in customer's platforms
- Setup new accounts, review contracts and accreditation and obtain new client information
- Report progress of shipment information to customers and assigned sales people
- Communicate with all related departments the problems and progress with specific customers
- Handle office general affairs such as 5S and procurement
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and shows
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Knowledgeable in computer related applications, mainly Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Proficiency in English language both written and oral
- Must have a positive thinking, professional, and supportive attitude
- Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks
- Keen attention to details
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have motivation to help others
- No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Get a starting salary of 32,000 to 34,000 (Plus Overtime Pay) up to 607,600 Annually (Plus Overtime Pay) after regularization!
