The Customer Support Staff is responsible for providing administrative, sales, and customer support

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responding to incoming calls, daily communication with sales people and customers
  • Process customer quotations and orders in company's system
  • Process customer quotations and orders in customer's platforms
  • Setup new accounts, review contracts and accreditation and obtain new client information
  • Report progress of shipment information to customers and assigned sales people
  • Communicate with all related departments the problems and progress with specific customers
  • Handle office general affairs such as 5S and procurement
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and shows

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Knowledgeable in computer related applications, mainly Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in English language both written and oral
  • Must have a positive thinking, professional, and supportive attitude
  • Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks
  • Keen attention to details
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have motivation to help others
  • No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Get a starting salary of 32,000 to 34,000 (Plus Overtime Pay) up to 607,600 Annually (Plus Overtime Pay) after regularization!
