Job Description

Primary responsibility is to provide efficient and professional customer support through live chat channels. Serve as the frontline representative of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance their overall experience, and maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through chat platforms, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about, services, and policies to address customer questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to senior support or management when necessary.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to offer appropriate solutions, including logistical navigation, recommendations or troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the company, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately and comprehensively in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technical support, concierges, and management to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues reported by customers and provide feedback to the appropriate teams for continuous process and product improvement.
  • Follow established communication and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

  • College graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field of study.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a chat or online support environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Proficiency in typing and multitasking to handle live chat conversations while researching information and troubleshooting issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to provide effective solutions to customer problems.
  • Empathy and patience to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies, processes, and customer support trends.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as customer support may require.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
