Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our Financial Accounts program. In this role, you will handle inbound calls regarding various banking and financial inquiries, providing efficient, accurate, and helpful solutions to account holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries related to personal banking accounts, card services, and financial products.
  • Deliver high-quality assistance in a fast-paced, voice-based customer service environment.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer account concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, or college-level applicants.
  • Both experienced professionals and fresh starters (with or without BPO experience) are welcome to apply.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work graveyard shifts and changing schedules.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
