Full job description

We are hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for our Lipa site! If you have at least 6 months of BPO/customer service experience and strong communication skills, this is your chance to join a growing healthcare support team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls for healthcare-related concerns
  • Assist customers with benefits, billing, claims, account inquiries, and general support
  • Provide accurate information and resolution in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions properly in the system
  • Maintain quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics

Qualifications

✅ At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
✅ Must have at least 6 months BPO or customer service experience
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Basic computer navigation skills
✅ Willing to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
✅ Willing to work shifting schedules
