Job Description

We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives / Chat Support Agents to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms—no phone interaction required.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Log all interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
