Full job description

1. Provides administrative support to the Sales Department.

2. Handles the documentation and reporting of every unit sold.

3. Furnishes all sales executives with the updated Add-on-Rate (AOR) from financing companies.

4. Assists in the monitoring and collection of Accounts Receivables.

5. Assists in Vehicle Sales Inventory Management.

6. Ensures understanding and compliance with the Policies and Procedures on Cash Management.

7. Receives payments and issues corresponding provisional receipts for PDC and field collections or official receipts for cash and other cash items.
