Job Title: Technical Staff

The Technical Staff provides basic administrative and clerical support to help ensure smooth office and transport operations. The position assists the TMG Supervisor/Officer in managing vehicle schedules, dispatching, and driver coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the TMG Supervisor/Officer with daily transport operations
  • Schedule and dispatch service vehicles and trucks for company use
  • Ensure all transport requests are properly accommodated
  • Assign drivers and give instructions for each trip
  • Monitor drivers’ cash advances and ensure timely liquidation
  • Handle vehicle refueling for official business
  • Help ensure proper use and availability of company service vehicles

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or any related course
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work well with others
