Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You'll assist customers, keep the store clean and organized, replenish stocks, and support daily store operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers: welcome customers, answer inquiries, assist with purchases, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales: recommend products and help the store achieve its sales targets.
  • Maintain sales floor: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Merchandising: replenish stocks, arrange product displays, and ensure correct price tags.
  • Inventory: assist in stock counting and inventory activities.
  • Operations: help receive and organize deliveries, support store promotions, and process product returns.
  • Other duties: perform other store-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • With experience in retail or sales preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite in Primark Cainta, Rizal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
