About the Company

We are a growing Netherlands-based e-commerce company specializing in hairstyling tools, selling through major marketplaces and our own webshop.

We are looking for an AI Specialist who can help us build smarter, more scalable systems across the business.

The Role

This is not a traditional AI or developer role.

We need someone who can look at an e-commerce process, understand the problem, and think:

"Can we automate this, improve it, or build a better system?"

You will work directly with our Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to identify problems and turn them into practical AI tools, automations, and internal systems.

You will have a high level of freedom to experiment, test ideas, and build solutions.

What You'll Work On

Some of our current priorities include:

• Product Review Intelligence — Build systems that collect and analyze Amazon, Bol.com, and other product reviews to identify customer pain points, product opportunities, and advertising angles.
• Customer Service & Backend Automation — Identify recurring operational problems and build AI workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• AI Creative Systems — Help turn customer insights and creative concepts into scalable AI-assisted advertising workflows.
• Stock Management — Build tools for inventory monitoring, stock planning, reorder decisions, and stock alerts.
• Profitability & Reporting — Build automated tools such as a daily Shopify profit dashboard showing revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Internal AI Tools — Continuously identify other areas where AI, automation, or better data systems can improve the business.

These are starting priorities. We expect you to find additional opportunities yourself.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions
• Practical understanding of e-commerce operations
• Experience with Shopify, Bol.com, Amazon, or other marketplaces is a strong advantage
• Experience working with APIs, databases, webhooks, and automation workflows
• Comfortable with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, MCP, AI agents, Python, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to turn a business problem into a practical technical solution
• Highly proactive and independent
• Curious about new AI technologies and constantly experimenting
• Focused on business impact, not just building technically impressive tools

• Experience with e-commerce data and analytics
• Product research or review analysis
• Inventory or demand planning
• Shopify reporting and profitability
• Marketplace data
• Customer service systems
• Financial modelling or cash-flow analysis
• AI-powered creative or marketing workflows

Pay: Php12,712.50 - Php44,895.63 per month
