Management Trainee

We are looking for professional, trustworthy and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Management Trainees (MTs). This role is designed to prepare future leaders for promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager positions.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the store management team and other departments to support daily operations, strengthen leadership skills, and help achieve overall business goals.

What You’ll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):

Management Trainees are expected to:

  • Help implement and maintain Food, Safety, and Cleanliness (FSC) standards to achieve high operational audit ratings
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring smooth shift execution and high quality of service throughout the shift
  • Support the store team in delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns promptly
  • Assist in implementing sales-building and promotional activities
  • Support manpower management, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and store productivity
  • Perform administrative tasks such as report preparation, document organization, permit processing, and implementation of store safety and health programs

What You’ll Need (Requirements):
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course (Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food, or Business-related course are preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in retail, food service, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage

Work Ethic:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Good communication and leadership potential
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Physically fit and willing to work on rotating shifts
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel
