Looking for your first call center job? We’re hiring friendly, motivated individuals to join our Retail Account team! No BPO experience required — as long as you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, we’ll help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with retail-related inquiries
- Handle orders, returns, and account concerns
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school or senior high school graduates are welcome/College Level
- No BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite/shifting schedule if needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
