Job Summary: involve in ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for hotel guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning windows, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the supervisor or manager.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
