Remote Operations VA (WFH)
Full-Time | Permanent Work From Home | Weekends Off
We’re hiring a proactive and organized Remote Operations VA to support international clients through operations, project coordination, admin support, and workflow management.
This is NOT a basic admin VA role.
At Yokly, our Operators help businesses stay organized, efficient, and scalable by managing systems, improving workflows, coordinating teams, and keeping projects moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and recurring workflows Coordinate projects, timelines, and team follow-ups Build and improve SOPs and operational processes Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers Organize files, systems, and documentation Support CRM management and lead tracking Assist with social media coordination and scheduling Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure tasks and deliverables stay on track Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
✔ At least 1 year of remote VA experience
✔ At least 1 year of leadership, coordination, or team management experience
✔ At least 1 year of project management experience
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Reliable internet connection and WFH setup
