Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through Facebook, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Schedule customer appointments and vehicle bookings.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding customer orders.
• Update customer records and sales reports.
• Monitor payments and follow up on pending transactions.
• Maintain organized files and documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (Business-related course is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.
• Can work under pressure and multitask.
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Time management
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
• Social media messaging experience is a plus
