We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Staff or Sales Staff in our optical store at NE Pacific Mall, Cabanatuan!

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses based on their needs and preferences.

· Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.

· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.

· Coordinate with the team to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

· Support administrative tasks such as inventory monitoring and documentation.

Qualifications:

· At least Senior High School or Old-curriculum graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.

· Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.

· Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

· Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

· Willing to learn and be trained in optical products and services.

· Able to work in shifting hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
