Full job description

  • Assist in receiving stocks based on standard specifications together with the Manager on Duty. Organize and label items according to FIFO and FEFO, and store ingredients and materials following prescribed food safety regulations.
  • Keep all storage areas tidy and organized.
  • Set up and prepare all backups needed at the prep station, including rice cooking.
  • Follow all procedures in washing and preparing raw materials required for operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards at all times.
  • Cut, slice, and properly wash vegetables, meats, and seafood according to standard procedures.
  • Prepare, complete, and ensure correct weighing of ingredients for all dishes.
  • Maintain clean utensils and a hygienic, sanitary work area at all times, including the dishwashing area.
  • Clean all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Close the prep station according to the checklist and notify the superior of any items to be discarded.
  • Notify the Kitchen Manager and/or Kitchen OIC in advance of any likely shortages or critical products.
  • Follow all company regulations, including kitchen sanitary and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in CLASSIC SAVORY- SM Bacoor branch.
  • Preferably High School level/HS graduate.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • With good attitude and dependable.
  • No experience needed.
  • Open for fresh graduate.

Job Type: Full-time
