Job description:

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
• Able to lift/move merchandise, stand and walk for much of the shift
• Responsible, punctual and able to follow instructions/procedures
• With or without experience are welcome but experience in stock/warehouse/retail operations is ADVANTAGE.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks and records arrivals, stock transfers, pending orders and returns to suppliers.
• Maintains proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of work area to ensure systematic flow of work.
• Sees to it that all merchandise / items and other equipment are kept and secured in the designated area.
• Sees to it that merchandise is properly tagged before it is transferred to the selling area.
• Prepares stock requisitions for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise at the selling area.
• Re-checks stocks to be brought to the different branches.
• Informs the Warehouse Supervisor on returns and damages.
• Conducts periodic stock count in the warehouse according to set schedule.
• Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations.
• If assigned as Store Officer In-charge; manage Store's Cash and Check Sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of Store Funds such as Loose Change Fund and Petty Cash Fund
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
