Job Summary

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms, cabins, public areas, and resort facilities. The Housekeeper ensures that all accommodations are clean, comfortable, and ready for guest occupancy while providing excellent service and upholding the resort's quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room and Cabin Cleaning

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, cabins, bathrooms, balconies, and outdoor areas.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Public Area Maintenance

  • Clean and maintain reception areas, hallways, walkways, restrooms, and common spaces.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas as assigned.

Guest Service

  • Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
  • Assist guests with reasonable housekeeping-related concerns.
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
