Full job description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with HR Supervisor and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and assist in contract preparation.
  • Conduct background checking and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitoring of trainee for the 10-day trial
  • Support onboarding activities, including orientation and 201 file completion.

Timekeeping & Compliance

  • Collect and verify Daily Time Records (DTRs), leave forms, and offset requests.
  • Ensure accurate encoding of attendance and compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing government compliance documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Training

  • Maintain training records and certificates.

Exit & Clearance

  • Assist in scheduling exit interviews and preparing clearance forms.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments for final pay computation and clearance signatories.
  • Prepare certificates of employment and related documents.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support compliance checks.
  • Keep HR files organized and updated.
