JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate, and timely hiring and appointment of talent.
- Provide coordination support for recruitment projects and sourcing activities, including online talent searching and customized screening strategies.
- Monitor recruitment inbox and provide customer service support to business units and candidates regarding recruitment and selection concerns.
- Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
- Provide administrative support in vendor management.
- Facilitate order processing, invoices, and payments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With at least two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment, HR, or related field.
- Familiar with relevant employment laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
- Willing to work under an agency.
- Can start ASAP.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
