Key responsibilities

• Perform daily MHE Inspection Checklist of forklift equipment to verify safety condition prior to operation and report malfunctions to supervisor
• Report to immediate superior within the shift any damages or accidents incurred in operation
• Comply with safety regulations and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and operating reach truck within safety guidelines
• Coordinate with Storekeeper and Inventory Clerk for physical transfer of stocks from staging area to storage or production and vice versa
• Assist in receiving, storage, transfers, relocations, issuance, dispatch, and inventory undertakings
• Ensure products and goods are safely handled, stored orderly and correctly located according to Material, Quantity, Batch, and Bin Location metrics
• Ensure product and material movements are documented via relocation forms, picklists and material transfer slips
• Coordinate with Production on window time of withdrawals and transfer goods to designated locations
• Verify product quantity and condition before storing or shipping
• Participate in daily physical count activities and validate actual storage content per location

Basic qualifications:

• Valid Forklift/Reach Truck Operator Certification (TESDA NC II preferred)
• Ability to safely load and retrieve pallets from high rack locations
• Experience in battery charging and basic reach truck maintenance
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Ability to conduct pre-operational inspections of forklifts, including brakes, hydraulics, steering, and other safety components

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
