Full job description

We're looking for a licensed and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team and support the health and wellness of our employees. This is a key role in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic medical care and first aid for employees
  • Monitor and maintain health records and reports
  • Conduct health assessments and wellness programs
  • Assist in occupational health and safety initiatives
  • Respond to workplace incidents and coordinate emergency care if needed
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or occupational health setting preferred
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and able to work independently
