About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Staff to support our Human Resources department. The HR Staff will help with daily HR operations, including employee records management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performed accurate data entry into personnel databases and HR systems(HR Sprout)
  • Support HR operations: employee records (201 files), onboarding/offboarding and documentation tracking
  • Daily Time Record Monitoring
  • Employee Contract Monitoring
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • With experience using Sprout HRIS is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable and well-organized.
