Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team! If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources—especially in recruitment, sourcing, and various HR administrative functions—this role is perfect for you. A background or interest in content creation is a big plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
Back-Office & HR Support
Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and documentation.
Support onboarding activities and assist in HR-related events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Content Creation
Help create HR communication materials (posters, job ads, social media posts).
Contribute ideas for employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Preferably a student or recent graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge or interest in content creation (e.g., Canva, simple graphic design) is an advantage.
- Can work with minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start immediately.
