Job Overview
We are looking for Filipino with business-level Japanese proficiency to join our freelancer pool for upcoming international projects.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are confident in communicating in Japanese and are interested in project-based work with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle verbal and written communication in Japanese
- Communicate professionally with Japanese-speaking clients or customers
- Assist with customer service and project-related tasks
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Filipino citizen
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written
- JLPT certification is required (N2 - N3)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service, BPO, or Japanese-speaking experience is an advantage
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Willing to work on a project-based basis
