We are looking for a Japanese Teacher & Interpreter to support communication between Japanese and local staff while providing Japanese language training to Filipino engineers. This role combines interpretation duties with classroom instruction, making it ideal for candidates who are passionate about both language and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend morning meetings and provide accurate Japanese-English interpretation between Japanese and local staff
• Conduct Japanese language training sessions for Filipino engineers in the afternoon
• Teach Japanese reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and conversation skills
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning activities
• Monitor trainees' progress and provide guidance to improve their language proficiency
• Assist with translation of training materials and other company documents as needed
• Perform other related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• JLPT N2 (or equivalent Japanese proficiency)
• N2 holders: Teaching experience is not required
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring learners
• Able to communicate effectively with both Japanese and Filipino staff

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
