We are a multilingual call center based in Japan and Cebu, Philippines. We work for hotel and Airbnb industries in Japan and the Philippines. Now we're hiring Japanese speakers who have the language skills equivalent to JPLT N2 level or higher!

Job description:
We are now hiring call center agents, full-timer and part-timer for hotel and vacation rental industries.
*This is work from home set up.
WE ONLY HIRE APPLICANTS WHO ARE RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES.

What do we do?

1. Check-in process over the video call.
(Checking the reservation details with the guest, taking ID pictures, explaining house rule, giving a room number and key code)

2. Handling inquiry through a message.
(Receiving message inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, etc and reply the guest)

3. Handling inquiry through a phone call.
(Receiving phone inquiries on our call system and answer to the question)

Qualifications :

・This is a work from home job. We accept those who are residing in the Philippines but DON'T accept if you are in another country!

・We do not accept WORKING STUDENTS.

・Must know the society and customs in Japan.

・Must show a good attitude towards the customers and other co-workers.

・Must have a laptop and headset.

・Must be able to prepare a solution for blackout.

・Must be able have a stable and fast internet connection.

・Must be able to speak at least JLPT N2 level. (The certificate is not required. Speaking skill is more important than writing)

Wo do NOT accept if you are not a Japanese speaker!

Full-timer
・Must be available for 2-11pm shift(with 1 hour break), 5days a week. (The management decides your days off.)
・35,000php a month for the starting salary.

Part-timer
・Must be available at least 3 days a week, 3 hours a day between 2-11pm.
・We prioritize those who can work on the weekends.
・The salary shall be discussed.
