Job Summary

Be part of the Pre-Opening Team of our newest Japanese Shabu-Shabu & Sukiyaki restaurant in Makati. We are looking for hardworking individuals to support kitchen operations through food preparation, ingredient slicing, and maintaining quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and slice vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to company standards
• Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen production
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen operations and assist the culinary team as needed

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience; experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage
• Knowledge in using kitchen knives and food preparation equipment is a plus
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
• Willing to undergo training before store opening
• Willing to be assigned in Makati
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
