Japanese Restaurant Hiring jobs

• Drink Preparation: Mix ingredients like liquor, soda, and bitters to create classic and specialty cocktails following established recipes. Pour draft beer and wine, and prepare garnishes.
• Customer Service: Greet patrons, take orders, make recommendations based on preferences, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Compliance & Safety: Check identification to verify legal drinking age, monitor guest consumption, and intervene safely if a customer becomes overly intoxicated.
• Bar Operations: Manage inventory, restock liquor bottles, mixers, ice, and glassware. Wash dishes, clean utensils, and sanitize bar surfaces to maintain health and hygiene standards.
• Cash & Tab Management: Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, process cash and credit card transactions, and accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending preferred
• At least 1–3 years of bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrated skill in mixology, drink presentation, and consistency of quality
• Willing to work in Capitol Commons, Pasig City
