Job Qualifications:

  • Half Japanese/ Full Japanese Nationality
  • College Level or vocational graduate of any course
  • With at least one year experience as Japanese Interpreter and must have at least JLPT N3 Certificate
  • With effective computer skills, has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision and high level of initiative.
  • Can do multi-tasking
  • Proficient in written & oral communication
  • Willing to render overtime

Job Description:

  • Interpret conversations between Japanese nationals and local employees during reporting, conferences, meetings and in any other incidents which require such assistance.
  • Translate emails, document and prepare minutes of meeting and report required by the management.
  • Responsible for designing and managing unique Japanese language curriculum including weekly instructions for selective cohort of 5-10 learners annually.
  • Conduct JPLT based assessment and mini test to track progress and provide targeted training for N3 Level employees to support minor meetings within limited hours.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to clarify Japanese intent and support effective, culturally aligned implementation.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
