Kitchen Duties

 Assist in food preparation and basic cooking activities according to standard recipes and

procedures.

 Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items as instructed by the Kitchen Supervisor.

 Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.

 Monitor food quality and report any issues to the immediate supervisor.

 Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

 Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment as needed.

Dining Service Duties

 Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

 Take customer orders accurately and promptly.

 Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.

 Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set up.

 Address customer concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

 Process payments and issue receipts when assigned.

 Promote menu items and provide product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

 Candidates must possess Bachelor's/College degree in Food and beverages Services

Management, Hospitality, Hotel management or equivalent

 Previous restaurant experience is an advantage.

 Willing to undergo training.

 Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

 Strong customer service and communication skills.

 Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
